This book reminds me to a comic magazine, if you are focus  or a fast reader  you can finish your lecture in half hour. Big lettering💕, 43 pages, not boring and probably not unnecessary waste of writing in this book/magazine. I gave 4 stars because I think it is overprice. Anyway this is a good book if you want to known what bulletproof Coffee is and how it works👍🏼

For those who like to drink coffee , this book will reveal all the secrets that can help a lot of use in the battle for weight loss .. One great , easy yet effective way to lose weight is by following the Butter Coffee Weight Loss protocol .The main thing about this protocol is to drink coffee butter daily , Yes , butter and cofee . I do not want much to write and describe , because thus , the book would not be so interesting , so I recommend you read it yourself . The book is excellent .
