It you're running 50/50 coolant you probably won't see much improvement. **Q: Can this be used with Dexcool coolant?** A: Yes. Each product does two separate things. No overlap or interference. **Q: After the one year or 30,0000 mile do you need to flush out the system?** A: Looks to me the additive will cease to cool after 30k miles.
