The reason I bought this particular pair in August 2017 was because I had the exact same pair that lasted years under rigorous daily use. Unfortunately although these sneakers look and fits the same, the quality leaves a lot to be desired even though I have treated this pair more gently and wear them less frequently than the previous pair.Not sure if this is a one-off problem or indicative of diminished quality control in general but after about six months both soles started coming apart from the top part of the sneaker with the right sneaker being the worst (see attached photo). I wanted to inform the manufacturer directly and give them an opportunity to replace this defective pair but there doesn't appear to be any way to share feedback with them except through this public forum. ### ⭐ Five Stars *by T***S on Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2018* I am revising my original review from a five star (based on the initial comfort level of the shoes) to a 1 star for durability. After VERY light use, in a very short span of time..........both my husband and son (I purchased two pair) have had the bottom of the shoe separate from the upper portion. I went back after that happened to them and read a bunch of the bad reviews on here....and sure enough, this has happened to many, many others. They are inferior quality glue on their shoes and it is causing a problem. People spend good money on these shoes and Skecher should be completely ashamed of themselves not addressing this issue by now. ### ⭐ Poor Quality Leads to Shoes Falling Apart - Do Not Buy! *by C***L on Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2018* I am very disappointed with the quality of these shoes. I owned a pair of these for years and when it came time to replace them, I figured I would just buy the same ones again. However, it appears that the manufacturing quality has gone down since the first time I bought these as the new pair we quick to start falling apart. After the first time wearing these, I noticed that the inner sole of the shoes were separating from the overall shoe (appears to be sewn on). I returned those thinking they were just "defective" and received a new pair of the same shoes. But after wearing this new pair, the same thing happened. Now I am stuck with a pair of new shoes that have already started falling apart after normal wear. These used to be great shoes and having worn my first pair for year until they needed replacement, I would have easily recommended them.
