The following is what I wonder most when looking into new meal replacements.Taste: The taste is sweet while not being overly sweet for breakfast. Think drinking the milk after eating a not overly sweet cereal cereal or granola. There is a light coconut flavor that you get along with chocolate. The light coconut taste makes this have an overall refreshing taste.Mixability/Texture: The mixability of Mobius is much better than any of the other powdered meal replacements that I've had. It is able to be mixed in a shaker cup with minimal clumps. With that, mixing in a shaker cup still came with some tiny clumps. The other meal replacements I've tried did not mix well without being mixed in a blender. Mixing with 8 oz of water resulted in the liquid having a thick mouthfeel.Fillingness: It kept about me about as satiated I expected a 380 calorie meal/snack to. It wasn't overfilling, but was able to keep me satisfied for about 3-4 hours which is good considering my normal daily caloric intake is 2500 to 2800 Calories a day.Energy: Since this is a breakfast meal replacement, the energy I get from it is important. This is the best meal replacement/protein drink I have ever had.The fact that is is coconut based and chocolate makes it taste amazing. I mix it up in a blender with 1 cup ice and 1 cup water. It tastes like a frozen almond joy candy bar. If you don't like coconut you may not like the taste, but if you like coconut you will love it. The coconut base has so many benefits. It is great for the intestinal tract. Very healing. Möbius is a great source of protein (no wheat, no dairy- so no inflammatory properties). It fills me up. I drink it for breakfast and I am not hungry until lunch. It supplies me with the carbs and protein I need to make it through my workout.What I especially like about Möbius is the way it makes me feel. It has the equivalent of one cup of coffee, my daily vitamins, and nootropics. The combination of the nootropics and caffeine makes me incredibly alert, clear headed and focused. Nootropics are basically nutrients for the brain. On days I don't drink möbius I need at least two double expresso shots to get moving and don't have the same clarity as one möbius.
