A: Yes it would. I use it for shoulder pain also. Just remember that area is more sensitive than the knee and you may feel the burn more.

The adhesiveness is good and the scent is like a menthol, but I didn't feel any real heat, put one on my knee and I did feel some warm so maybe the first one I tried was a blank, sometimes these things work slowly over time and I have to be fair, my neck pain has been chronic for years
