While it's not as strong as some other brands, it kicks in for me after about three hours and remains strong for about another two. Best results if I take it on an empty stomach.Even so, it's not in the same league as a prescription ED med such as Viagra, which causes me to become aroused with little or no stimulus and lasts longer, while the yohimbe only kicks in for me if there is some physical stimulus.I also find that it's a diuretic, and if I don't consume considerable water I'll wind up dehydrated and with a headache.
