I would Recommend for anyone that sits for long periods of time. **Q: Does the fabric shed?** A: We just received it and the white part sheds. Hoping it will stop after we wash it. **Q: My mom is a petite 5'1". Will this wearable blanket be too bulky or cumbersome for her?
