Both the Massage Unit itself & the Neck Roller Portion feature Quality Mesh Fabric, which I feel really matters, as I have had issues with other massagers where the mesh was worn through in a short amount of time. In the Main Unit, Mesh is centered over the area where the Four 1" Back Roller Heads are located (2 on each side.) In the Neck Roller Section, the entire Washable, Removable Neck Roller Cover is made of Mesh. This portion of the unit features Two - 2" Roller Heads, (1 on each side.) I like that the Neck Massager Section offers Individual Control Settings from the Main Unit which allows me to use Both Massage Sections Simultaneously Or Separately. Being attached makes it less likely that one would misplace it. The remote and the unit's power cord come out of the crease between the seat and the back unit; the power cord can be detached but the remote remains attached at all times. **Q: Is this the best Electric Massagers brand?
