That means an animal has to eat some every day for 5-7 days in a row to die. The result is a very low chance of secondary poisoning (secondary poisoning being when a predator eats a rodent that ate the bait). However, this also means that it often doesn't kill all the rodents either. You may also want to consider Fasttrac, it is a true "no secondary kill" product and kills rats after only a single dose. It also has a lower toxicity than other products if non-rodents eat the bait directly. I sell both. JT Eaton blocks are popular for the cheapest option. Fastrac is the most effective and safest.
