The other reviews are correct that the yellowish and blue colours glow the most, the pinks and oranges less, and the purple the least, but I'm fairly sure that's a limitation of all or most glow powders. I can't say anything about settling as I used them with my translucent polymer clay, but after charging them up under a UV lamp the earrings I made glowed quite brightly for quite a while.
