How long does it last after it is opened? I have this on my floors, want to use it for touch ups.** A: For touch ups it does not need the hardener. It will take awhile to dry and cure. Try to keep that area covered for at least a week. Do NOT clean for a month. **Q: can I use this for edge banding ? Can I coat with a semi gloss clear on top of the oil?** A: You can’t apply anything on top, it will peel. You can apply to any raw wood **Q: how to dry faster?** A: Ensure you have good air movement, you can also use fans to help speed up the drying process. Keep in mind this will not speed up the cure time.
