It will also be nice for frosting and recipes calling for cocoa although I read not to use it with cake recipes with baking soda due to the Dutch process. I didn't like the traditional brand in any of my recipes as it wasn't robust enough. This cocoa does have a reddish cast to it which kind of adds to the mystique of it. I'm on my second order. I discovered Nido powdered milk with added vitamins (the adult variety) which is delicious compared to other brands. I use that for my cocoa, and lots of other things, and am a happy camper.
