Review: Receiver doesn’t work - I wanted to use it for Recording for online courses. The size and design is perfect. But the receiver that I have to connect to the phone doesn’t work. The transmitter/ speaker seems fine. It’s cheap. May be that’s one of the reason for this kind of issue to come up. I refunded the item as it doesn’t work for me. I refunded cos I don’t know how to ask for replacement. desertcart should have this option. May be they have. May be I just don’t know.

I wanted to use it for Recording for online courses. The size and design is perfect. But the receiver that I have to connect to the phone doesn’t work. The transmitter/ speaker seems fine. It’s cheap. May be that’s one of the reason for this kind of issue to come up. I refunded the item as it doesn’t work for me. I refunded cos I don’t know how to ask for replacement.
