I have others but are more linked to the low iron/Hb. I had fast delivery of the patches. I found they don't always stick well for the 24hrs so I now apply a sticky dressing pad over the top which keeps the b12 patch from falling off. I definitely had improvement of the brain fog and felt more alert within a couple of days also had more energy. I started loading doses of b12 injections at my gp surgery but due to being unwell I couldn't always attend for the appointments and had to change them. Scientifically patches are a very good way to absorb B12 if you are deficient, second only to injections (people with B12 deficiency cannot absorb it through the stomach which is why they are deficient). Do they make a difference?. I'm not totally sure, but they are low cost and easy and there is no real downside.
