I am 5'10 with a balanced build so this fits well and has two straps to keep it from moving around too much.I prefer using this on the elliptical and running up hills - not too much of a fan yet for straight running. It is not too hard on the shoulders and causes less pain as I've gotten use to wearing it.I highly recommend this if you're into calisthenics or just want to burn some more calories in your busy day. While I believe this would be a better deal under $200 I'm giving it 5 stars. The vest is very well made, pockets are sturdy and each holds a 3 lb. weight. The shipment came in three different boxes due to the weight. The freight was a little steep, but considering the weight, reasonable. The vest arrived in less then a week. It is very easy to use, we have used it for weight dips, weighted pull ups, and weighted body weight squats. The vest I recieved and ordered was 100 lb model, but it can be expanded (it has pockets) to add another 40 lbs. I tried returning my product and I came to find out that the shipping is not prepaid to ship back. The cost of shipping it back is about the same amount of money you paid for the product because of the weight of it. I only had it for one day and they would not pay the cost of shipping it back. The product is way too bulky and it is a challenge to get on. It literally looks like you have a bomb strapped to your chest.
