**Q: Where can I get a replacement beater?**
A: It’s garbage. Get your money back. I put mine in the dishwasher and all the silver came off.   It’s not even stainless steel. I jumped through hoops for them got the run around. Finally Amazon gave me a refund and I sent it back. Fridgidaire. Products are garbage. The handle on my range fell off and now it’s Christmas and 2 months later still no replacement handle for the oven door. And they wanted to charge me over 125.00 for the handle.

A: Yes, the dial does light up.

**Q: How loud is this mixer?**
A: It makes more noise than my hand mixer.  But I would say about average for a stand mixer.

**Q: Bowl is stuck**
A: Turn it clockwise or counterclockwise while someone is holding the mixer firmly to break it loose.
