Based on reviews of similar silicone products I was worried that this would be small and flimsy. I was also worried that the silicone wouldn't really be able to take the heat of someone putting out a cigar on it.It's none of the above and can easily take the heat. It's very sturdy and heavy duty!I highly recommend this product.I've only had the product a week and I will update this review if the over-time-degradation is bad.

Nice size for cigars and super durable.  I don't have to worry about rust outside, and it's easy to clean.  I just toss it in the dishwasher top rack and it comes out looking like new.  Sturdy and "grips" the outdoor table a bit, being silicone, so it doesn't slide all over the place.  Great product, and I love supporting small businesses and a fellow Marine like this.

I smoke 60 gauge cigars so finding an ashtray with a wide enough cigar rest was important. The cigar rest on this ashtray is very wide. It could easily hold a 70 gauge cigar. The ashtray it’s self has very nice weight to it. It won’t easily blow away if you leave it outside. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase.
