They were too long for her (they are a little on the longer side when the clasp at the top is taken into account) so I kept one and gave one to my mother. We both really like ours so far. The metal clasp at the top is sturdy and well made and the lining is smooth synthetic fabric and has a design with the company logo. This case is wide enough to accommodate my large, Costa del Mar sunglasses with an attached Chums "chain" rope or has more than enough room for a small pair of reading glasses. If you want to put more than one pair, I would suggest having a dividing cloth so they don't scratch each other, but the size of this case would allow it. Please see my attached photo for comparison. I am a bit partial to the clasp design, because although I was never a smoker, it is sort of a throwback to the old cigarette cases that my Gran carried around when I was little.
