Dye is easy to use as, everything is pretty much provided in the pack. You take out the plastic cover on the neck of the bottle and press inside of it to get the dye out of the comb and then apply. I am not sure if, this is a permanent hair dye or semi-permanent. Also, one Pack was enough for just a short hair. This dye makes dyeing hair easy.
