I got this bra to do everything except running (i.e. Zumba, Spinning, Yoga, etc.). I actually found that the bra runs a little large. I normally wear a 34DD and I ordered a 34D and it's a perfect fit. The Pros: -It actually looks kind of cute I have some other very supportive bras that are super ugly and look like I have some sort of device on under my shirt. The camisole part of the bra, just makes it look like I have a camisole on under and hides that 2+ inches of cleavage that would otherwise be showing. -It's relatively comfortable. It's not so tight that you get that unsightly back bulge. But it's tight enough where you feel like you're in there securely and can focus on your workout instead of your chest. The straps are also pretty wide, which I like because it makes the bra more comfortable and more supportive. -It's much cheaper than other comparable bras. It cost half the price of my enell bra. -If you never run, then you're probably fine wit just one of these. Heck, even if you do run - you might be fine with these. I personally, like zero bounce when I'm running so this wouldn't work for me. -There really is really little bounce. The is only bounce if I'm really going at it and even then it's pretty minimal and not that noticeable. The Cons: -I wish it came in just a regular black color. I got the black and pink color, which is cute - but having all black would be a nice option. -There is some bounce (at least for me). But I don't know that the bra would be as comfortable if they made it any more constrictive than it is.
