I've found that the glasses they are going on have to be scrupulously clean before application. No residual skin oil, soap or dirt. They also have to be placed carefully. They need to be put on with full contact on the nose piece. See my picture below. If they aren't solidly adhered to plastic everywhere, water or skin oil will get underneath the adhesive and they'll fall off. I suspect they'll only work on plastic glasses frames. They last me about six month of hard use.
