Enter PMS and cramps from hell...as well as a lingering depression and bloat that I could not shake. I've been back on the supplement for almost three months and all of these issues are GONE. I consulted with my Integrative Physician about it today to be sure there were no concerns and she called it a "very innocuous supplement" and said I should continue since I am getting such great results. I've struggled with debilitating PMS since my teens, mostly affecting my mood. Most months I would get so low that I couldn't leave the house or get dressed for at least 1-2 days. I am estrogen dominant (tested by a doc) and hypothyroid. I've tried everything out there, including: dietary changes, exercise, Chinese herbs, anti-depressants, acupuncture, progesterone creams and many other supplements with little to no relief.
