Honestly, I wonder whether they're even trying to sell dishes, with those awful photos. In real life the color is vivid and the pattern is sharp. Very well glazed, and a solid feel. I ordered and received 2 sets of 4 x 10" dishes, 2 sets of 4 x 8" dishes, 1 set of 4 x 6" bowls and 1 set of 4 x 9" bowls.
