Q: Why does my package state “sold as is”, my understanding is the product is new.

I am assuming that it is sold in a sent of 5 square napkin rings.

Q: How do you store these? Is there a box for them?

There is no box. I store them in a drawer and could put them in a small pouch; they don’t scratch easily.

Q: Where are these rings made?

These napkin rings are made in Taiwan

Q: Are these blingy, sparkly? I’m l I am really looking for iridescent ones but if these are blingy or sparkly that should work.

They’re not sparkly or blingy, just regular clear acrylic. Definitely modern look. Real nice.
