It doesn't feel super sturdy but seems to hold up. I am 128lbs and feel safe enough on it. The seat does not rotate and the height adjustment doesn't change much. I mostly left 4 stars because the manufacturer box had two massive puncture holes and the metal had a big scratched scuff mark.
