It might smell kind of like a musk, but I haven’t smelled musk in a long time. It washes clean and leaves no fragrance. I had bought a different one in the past and really liked the smell and the shave. This has a unique smell but the same great shave. **Q: How long does this container last?** A: Typically, you need about 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 grams of soap per shave, so tub will usually last 80-100 shaves.
