It's one of his favorote toys. I bought it for him when he was a kitten & now sometimes he'll just hide in there, or he'll just race across the room and run/slide right through it. My husband likes to use his metal back scratcher on the outside to lightly scrape along in various places. It makes my cat go crazy! He will sometimes have his hind quarters in one of the three tunnels & his front in another & he'll be trying to "catch" the scratching "thing." It is the funniest thing in the world to see. So, I don't care what anyone says about size being limited to kittens! They are full of bologna! Like I said previously, my 15.5 pounder tuns across the room & goes through it like a slip & slide! Looks velour-like and seems like a disaster with cat fur** A: The material does have a nylon feel to it - inside and outside with a double layer in one of the tunnels for the additional 'crinkle' in between. Solved their winter cabin fever.e *by M***E on March 17, 2017* My cats love this! They chase, hide, and surprise each other and never seem to tire of it. It shipped quickly and the seller seems very available for communication if needed. It is roomy and well constructed. The only thing I wish was different, is that my cats tend to run and slide through it, which makes the 3 sides kind of crunch up toward the center. It doesn't really block them, but it makes the center smaller. But if it was stiffer, it wouldn't be able to collapse for storage, so I think I will just put a rubber mat under it to keep it in place. Again, I don't think the cats give a hoot...it's just my neatnick issues. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product *by E***H on February 20, 2017* My kitties love tunnels. It really helps relieve their boredom in our apartment (we have 3 kitties and a small apartment). They especially love the different sound which comes from the different material used in one of the arms of the tunnel. They also love the toy hanging down. It is also very durable. My kitties have trashed the first tunnel I gave them but this brand has not even got a loose stitch yet. The only drawback is that it's quite short in the arms of the tunnels. It would be better if they were longer or add-ons could be bought to add to the lengths. Very good for the price. My cat plays with a mouse on a string that I fling around - I drop the mouse in the hole in the middle of this tunnel and he either dives into the hole after it, or goes crashing through the tunnel to get the mouse. He loves it - he goes through it and sits at the end, waiting to pounce as I go by or drag the mouse by.This is so good - the tunnels with different angles provides more excitement I think than the straight tunnel, which I didn't bother to get. And when my cat goes crashing into this it just crumples up so he doesn't hurt himself. The one side that makes noise is stimulating to - and you can tap on it to make more noise.It seems to be sturdy too as my 16 pound cat has not done any damage to it so far!
