Wir nutzen die Pfanne mittlerweile in Kombination mit einer Grill-Pfanne (flach) für absolut alles. Mehr braucht man auch wirklich nicht. Die Wärmeverteilung in dieser Pfanne ist perfekt, man kann jede Stelle nutzen, um zu braten. Die Beschichtung verhindert, dass irgendetwas anbrennt. Das Gewicht ist etwas hoch, aber im Rahmen.
