Don't know if anyone will have the same results but just telling my experience.now if you buy one, when you take it out of box it is flat but don't despair,after a few hrs it starts to puff up and then put into dryer , low heat or you refresh cycle for 10 to 15 min. And you have a nice puffy,fluffy pillow. It comes with a removable case to wash. I love this pillow so much,I am thinking of getting an extra one.
