**Q: I am trying to buy Jellycat dolls from Amazon site.
Can you tell me if this seller sells genuine products?**
A: I believe they are genuine. They are made very well!

**Q: Are these washable?**
A: Machine wash in a lingerie mesh bag, and *hang* dry ... I can't stress that enough.

 Puts them through like clothes? ... Every time they come out looking old and matted.

So, are they machine washable? No. Can they be? Sure ... With caution and the care to follow most common advice given.

**Q: Does the body of the elephant have pellets inside of it?**
A: Yes,  there's are some pellets in the body and all 4 legs.

**Q: It's difficult to see just from photo, the more specific shade of blue. is it a grey-blue?**
A: The actual color is completely different than the photo. It's blue-grey in the photo but it's purple in real life. I'm returning it.
