A: They can be adjusted fairly long and they also stretch

A: I'm 6'-3" and 200 lbs, so I'm not the best person to ask. Based on the design of the knee pads, though, I believe they would probably work fine. The straps are very adjustable, and I think the configuration of the padding in the knee pads should accommodate a wide range of sizes.

**Q: Do they stay in place as well as advertised?**
A: Yes, they stay in place better than other knee pads I have used. The straps are wide and the material is heavy duty. I find that all knee pads stay up better when crossing the straps behind the knee.

**Q: My knee is around 20". will these fit me? (please measure before you answer. maybe or probably will do me no good. thanks)**

I bought the NoCry Professional Construction Knee Pads for DIY projects and yard work. Overall, they provide solid protection and comfort for extended kneeling, though they’re a bit larger than I expected.
