**Q: How much au jus does one bottle make?**
A: Each 8 oz bottle makes about 24 oz of au jus. It is excellent, and you can make smaller batches (the ratio between concentrate and final product is two parts water to one part Johnny's)

**Q: Does each bottle weigh 8 ounces or is this 8 ounces total for all 3 bottles?**
A: It should say fluid ounces. Each bottle is 8 fluid ounces.

**Q: Is there a way to tell the expiration date before I order? I don't go thru it fast enough to really need 3 bottles...but it's the only way to order.**
A: You would need to contact the seller, for the
experation date of the batch you would be ordering from, as it ìs not show any where before you order. Once I open mine, I put it in the fridge. I have never had  a problem with it going bad. Kind of salty so that helps in preserving it.

Also, a friend gave me expired bottles (over a year) she had kept in her cupboards & they were perfectly fine. Taste same and did not degrade.

I don't think you have to worry about this issue with this product.

**Q: What are the ingredients?  Does it contain the neurotoxin MSG or any of its hidden names (yeast extract, autolyzed yeast, anything hydrolized, etc)?**
A: Ingredients states Yeast Extract. 
Nothing hydrolized
No MSG
It does contain wheat gluten

I am a prep cook in a 4 star steak house in Vegas and make 3 gl of au jus at a time the old school way. It takes 12 hrs from roasting the bones and carmelizing  the trinity etc. to complete. Your product is the best that I have found to use at a home level.

Johnny's Au Jus is simply the best in the business.  I do a lot of cooking and smoking/BBQ.  This product is so easy and it is full of flavor.  I have tried several others, including powder forms but now comes close.  It is also difficult to find here in St Louis.

Bought this because I had a precooked roast so no drippings to make Au Jus.  This stuff is knock your socks off good.  I preped as stated on the bottle then dumped my sliced roast beef in the pot.  Everyone couldn't get enough.  It was a real Christmas Eve hit.
