The outsole and insoles was wearing thin and my skinny feet were starting to hurt.You know how when something arrives and you want to try it straight away. Well I put these in my slippers to see what they were like. I know slippers aren't supposed to supportive but these felt really good. They stop my feet from pronating and sliding around and if course add extra cushioning. Swapping then into my trainers has meant no more pain and a much more cushioned feel to walking. The only negative being that they trap a lot of heat and after walking a couple of miles my feet are uncomfortably hot.
