The quality and detail is much better than the Hot Wheels Curiosity capsule, with the correct colors, details and moving parts required for fun play. The rover also comes with a deployable reproduction of the Pathfinder base, complete with the deployable panels and a tiny rover in one of its flaps ready for deployment, and a reproduction of the interplanetary capsule, with heat shield and all, which inside contains another copy of the pathfinder lander (complete with undeployed bouncing balloons) with articulated flaps, and inside it has another tiny rover (molded in one of the flaps) to display how it traveled all the way to Mars! So for the space enthusiast this is an excellent kit, with high educational value and also lots of playability. I just whish they could make a reproduction of the curiosity with its landing system on a similar level of detail, I would pay a good sum for that.
