I did Crest strips before and they work but hurt so much… I would literally would wake up in the middle of the night with unbearable pain. It’s also faster then strips, and just a lot less awkward. The taste is fine too, and you sort of forget about having the light on. I’m absolutely stunned by how white my teeth got! The whole system is excellent.
