**Q: What color is "old paper" ink pad?  Is it a kind of green or what?**
A: Hello,This is a green, brown color.Thank you

**Q: Can this be used with a hand stamper as well?**
A: Yes, but the color of this won't be uniform throughout the design on the stamp - hence the 'distress' look.  If you want a nice rich dark black get the Momento Ink pad (believe its called tuxedo black).  Hope this helps.  Distressing ink give you a mottled, blotchy, monotone look.

**Q: I just opened my purple color and it’s dried out how can I reactivate it without buying an extra ink? Water? glycerin?**
A: While the re-inker can always come in handy, Ranger dose make a spray that re-wets ink pads. Using water will dilute the pad causing it to not have the same consistency you use for stamping.

**Q: How is this different from distress oxide?**
A: •Distress Oxides are mostly pigment ink, dry a bit slower, dry a bit chalky due to the oxidation and tend to give a “cover up” look to background color. Can be used with water. 

•Distress Inks are dye inks, a bit transparent and dry quicker and allows background color to seep through.  Can be used with water.
