You can insert the bluetooth headset into the headband accessory and then hang the headband accessory on the charging stand and it charges the bluetooth headset. There is a magnet on the accessory so it stays on the charging stand. **Q: Does this plug into the sennheiser presence grey business (508341) blue tooth and does this come with a charger that plugs into a wall outlet?** A: I don't have the 508341 headset so I don't know about that.
