I would give it a 5, except the service from the manufacturer has been AWFUL. We have called them several times, talked to varied people including a supervisor, and it comes down to this: the fridge is so new they didn't bother to make any spare parts for it. So we've been told to "check back" in a few months (!) to see if they have the part. The sad part is their warehouse is in our hometown, and we asked if we could drive over there, have them open up one and give us the parts & they wouldn't do it. Guess they'd rather not inconvenience themselves by taking care of it by having an open fridge in THEIR inventory? NOT great service.
