I have used this when my son had pneumonia, when my daughter has her spring allergy to outdoor mold. I even bought a few bottles to give to my mother who ended up with a fungal lung infection. This is the best cough syrup. I found it in a local store last year, but they stopped stocking it. Very glad I could find it and buy via Amazon.
