I am cutting this material with a 100 watt CO2 laser and the results are fantastic. I have made large (160 tooth) GT2 timing pulleys that are perfect. (You need to stack them for proper width) I would have given this a higher rating but these ARE NOT .125" x 12" x 12" as advertised. They are actually 3mm x 300mm x 300mm.
