Certainly it’s more creamy than oily. Glides I’m very smoothly and stays on all day. I love it. Especially the glittery ones. **Q: Is this product cruelty free?** A: Yes. Nothing is tested on animals. Plus it’s 100% vegan. **Q: Anybody has the full ingredients list, please?** A: It came without packaging so I am unsure of the ingredients, it is an oily product but I would ask the seller this question. Hope this helps. **Q: Is the tip precise enough to be used as a eyeliner** A: I think you could use it as an eyeliner but the end is quite chunky. I only use it as eyeshadow stick though. I do use it on the bottom of my eye as an eyeliner and the use the smudger on the other end to blend.
