(normally i would expect a .zip file on windows.) word doc mentions gunzip. don't have that on windows10.** A: for this you will need winrar software and you can extract the file then. Firstly I have to say that this is so simple to use. I charged it fully before my first use and simply turned it on to record. The voice recording is very clear and it's easy to hear all the voices from the meeting room. The included headphones are very good too and enable you to listen directly to the playback without connecting to a pc. You can of course download the recordings onto a pc if you wish by simply connecting it to your PC with the included cable. I have tried this and it works really well too with my PC instantly recognising it.
