Could I lower the position to use for legs as well? Also could you use a bar instead of the straps?** A: The pulleys are adjustable in height. The handles can be extended in length with an extra carabiner and chains from home depot. If you do lower the pulley to lowest settings for legs, be careful. The bottom of this tower is not braced and the bottom could swing forward. I braced the top and bottom to avoid this as it has happened when it was just braced from the top. I also use a bar instead of the straps from time to time. I use a bigger carabiner to attach to both pulleys to pull the entire weight. Attaching the bar to just one pulley feels like it lightens the load. Hope this helps. **Q: Can you use one handle at a time?** A: Yes. **Q: How well can you do cable crossovers on this ?** A: You can absolutely do cable crossovers with the BD-62. I just got mine up and running and with the two included handle accessories I was able to do a crossover. Pleasantly surprised! **Q: how far does it extend from wall?
