A: No, Aspercreme lotion does not contain NSAIds. I am allergic to them. This product uses Lidocaine which is a topical anesthetic to control pain temporarily.

**Q: How can I wash hands afer use, It is my hands that need pain relief?**
A: Just don't put your fingers in your eyes, or mouth. Don't touch any food. Applied it many times without washing my hands. You just have to be careful.

**Q: Does this help with sciatica?**
A: Most certainly does. That's the exact reason why I bought it. My sciatica flared up and this did the job!

Delivery was timely but the product itself was a huge disappointment. I ordered this instead of Voltaren because I believed in the hype and the previous ratings. The product does nothing. I used it twice and the muscle pain in the small of my back actually got worse both times. Thankfully, I managed to order my trusted Voltaren and within 2 hours I was feeling 100% better again. Please do not base your purchasing decision on previous ratings. This is a total waste of money.
