It’s heavy, and slides out within 20 minutes. I can’t get it to stay tight and secure no matter how hard I try. If anyone has any tips on how to get this thing to stay, I would be very greatful. The hair itself is nice, it just frustrates me that I can’t get it to work.UPDATE:I figured out the secret to this thing! You have to band your hair once really tight, then band it again over the previous band and Secure the ponytail on to the second band so it won’t pull the elastic out of your hair. And if you want to wear it in a high ponytail you have to secure it from the underneath unstead of on top. Granted...color matching on line can be difficult. But if you wear fake hair, the color description (and numbers of colors) is accurate. AND it clearly states you can return it as long as you don't remove it from the packaging, which is fine, because it's easy to see if it matches while it is still in it's packaging. It is soft, human hair, and does not smell. So far (after wearing it a couple of times) the hair is still nice and hasn't matted up.
