For what it's intended for: dry hands and slight skin cracks, it works quickly and makes them feel smooth right away. Be warned though, it will feel greasy if you use too much. The 24-hour claim is just marketing. It lasts a decent amount of time, but obviously loses effectiveness much quicker if you're washing your hands or working etc. The main issue is that it contains perfume, just be aware of that if you have sensitive skin or dermatitis. The fragrance itself is also a hit-or-miss. It’s a highly synthetic, floral-citrus scent that I found fatiguing. It gets four stars since it's cheap and effective for what I need.
