Although I did, for some reason, one of the things that grabs onto the juicer broke, and I had to use my juicer for a long time without it, which was awkward. I called Omega’s customer service when it happened thinking that it would be covered under the warranty but I believe it wasn’t. So I was told that they could sell it in US dollars but I would also be charged for shipping which made it really expensive so I never replaced the piece. And it wasn’t available on Amazon Canada at the time. Fortunately, I decided to look again at the end of 2023 and I found it! For what it is, it’s not cheap but it’s than paying for it in USD and paying additionally for shipping which would have made it really expensive…Like around $45-60 CAD.
