If you put them in a non-woven cloth case, the unevenness of the non-woven cloth will be transferred to the data recording surface because the protective layer (cover layer) of Blu-ray discs is thin. As a result, when playing back the disc, the laser beam may not be able to hit the uneven surface properly and the data may not be able to be played back. However, Sanwa Supply offers non-woven fabric cases that are compatible with Blu-ray discs! Review: The best dvd/cd case I’ve ever owned! - Hands down best DVD/CD case I’ve ever owned! One of my favorite features is that the top plastic lip does not sit under the DVD or touch it in any way! (reference pictures). It’s easy to slide the DVD in and out of slips without risk of scratching it. The case is durable with a strong handle. All the case slips and outside handle are tightly stitched to the case. The zipper is strong, and with my case almost at full capacity, it closes beautifully! In my opinion, it is well worth the price. I will be purchasing another one soon. One very satisfied customer!
