I bought this to dispense honey for my husband's coffee without the drippy mess on the counter. I have no idea whether it drips or not. The honey comes out in a hairs width trickle. So, maybe I won't have a sticky counter, but my arm may fall off and the coffee will be ice cold before I ever get a spoonful of honey. We don't use syrup, so that's out. I may try it for olive oil since I buy it in large containers at BJ's. Either the top sticks or the drain clogs. I had to separate the two main red parts a couple of times to clear-out the dried sugar in there. The third time I did this the top broke. I'm probably just going to recycle it since it's useless and my wife hates it. I just noticed another reviewer said the same thing.
