The only complaint I have is that it's very difficult to completely seal the bag. Make certain you run your fingers across both lines of seal to ensure it is completely closed. It comes with these luttle clips to aid in keeping it sealed which is nice. The pump that came with it isn't great actually it's not even good. I tried to use it a little bit and the amount of air it was withdrawing was minimal. I didn't have the patience for it so I got my vacuum cleaner out and use the hose which went very quickly. I seal the two bags in the picture about a week ago and they're still exactly as I left them. No air leakage.
